FORMULA HOUSING is an accommodation contract for young people, families and workers who are going to stay for a quite long period (12 months at least). Rates are per apartment and offer controlled rates on the basis of specific requirements. Prices include utilities up to a maximum of € 50.00 per month per person.

Controlled prices access criteria
Access to controlled prices is available to:
- Persons with no demonstrable income;
- Persons with a gross income up to Euro 12,000 per year;
- Persons with a gross income up to € 20,000 per year in the following personal conditions:
- Separated with children aged between 0 and 18
- Immigrants with stay permits
- Persons with psycho-physical handicaps
- Persons above 65 years of age.
- Persons taking part in cohabitation projects, promoted by private or public associations or entities, with which a specific agreement has been stipulated;
- Participants in assistance programmes aimed at relations of ill persons who are in private or public hospital structures, with which a specific agreement has been stipulated;
- Participants in assistance programmes promoted by the authorities of other municipalities, in line with a specific agreement;
- Participants in shows, events, cultural initiatives and tourist promotion activities organised with the patronage of the territorial public entity: Municipality or Province of Torino, Piedmont Region, relative to a specific agreement;
- University students enrolled in a Faculty and up to the age of 30; if student workers, up to the age of 35;
- Participants in professional training initiatives who are non residents of the City of Torino.
