Apartment rates, utilities included

The HOUSING PLAN is a contractual solution for young people, families, and professionals who wish to stay for a minimum period of 12 months. Rates are applied per apartment and, based on specific requirements, offer the possibility of accessing controlled-cost pricing. Prices include utilities up to a maximum of €50.00 per month per person.

Apartment cleaning on request:

  • Studio apartment 1 person: €30.00
  • Studio apartment 2 persons: €30.00
  • Two-room apartment: €40.00
  • Three-room apartment: €45.00

Provision of towel and bed linen set: €8.00 per change per person

Parking space in garage: €60.00 per month

Access to laundry services through partnership

Specifically, the controlled-cost rates are available to:

  1. Individuals with an annual gross income up to €12,000;
  2. Individuals with an annual gross income up to €20,000 under the following personal conditions:
    • Divorced or separated parents with dependent children aged 0–18
    • Immigrants with a valid residence permit
    • Persons with physical or mental disabilities
    • Individuals over 65 years of age
    • Participants in co-living projects promoted by associations or private/public entities with which a specific agreement is in place
    • Participants in assistance programs for relatives of patients admitted to private or public hospital facilities with which a specific agreement is in place
    • Participants in assistance programs promoted by other municipal administrations following a specific agreement
    • Participants in events, cultural initiatives, and tourism promotion activities organized with the sponsorship of a local public authority: Municipality or Province of Turin, Piedmont Region, following a specific agreement
    • University students regularly enrolled in a faculty up to 30 years of age, or up to 35 years if they are working students
    • Participants in professional training programs who are not residents of the city of Turin
