Versatile spaces for different needs
SHARING is the project developed in Turin to meet the demand for temporary city rentals at controlled costs, featuring strong goals of energy efficiency and low environmental impact. The facility offers 122 fully furnished residential units, equipped with induction kitchens, Wi-Fi connectivity, and access to a home automation system for utility management, as well as 58 hotel-use rooms.
Additionally, diverse commercial packages for different lengths of stay, at controlled costs, make it possible to offer residential solutions that respond in an innovative and functional way to the city’s various housing needs.
